Abstract Shoot proliferation is a very important micropropagation phase, decisive for economic efficiency of this method given taxon. To obtain high multiplication ratio and good quality microshoots detailed propagation protocol must be developed particular species or even cultivars. Rhododendron ‘Kazimierz Odnowiciel’ relatively new cultivar distinguished by large, beautiful flowers frost resistance so there need to develop an efficient its satisfy growing demand plant.
